This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. By placing an order, you agree to this Shipping Policy. We reserve the right to update this policy at any time, and changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of any updates.

2. Shipping Eligibility and Restrictions

We ship products worldwide, subject to availability and compliance with applicable laws. Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or hazardous materials (e.g., batteries in inspection cameras). We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or regions under international sanctions.

Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouses in China, with local inventory available in the United States, United Kingdom, and European Union for faster delivery to those regions.

3. Shipping Methods and Carriers

We use reliable carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and local postal services for international and domestic shipments. The shipping method is selected based on your location, order size, and any expedited options you choose during checkout.

  • Standard Shipping: Economy option for most orders.
  • Express Shipping: Faster delivery for an additional fee.
  • Local Stock Shipping: For customers in the US, UK, or EU, orders may ship from regional warehouses to reduce transit times.

You can select your preferred shipping method at checkout, where available via support@spridrain.com. We reserve the right to change carriers without notice to ensure timely delivery.

4. Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. They depend on your location, shipping method, product availability, and external factors like customs processing or weather.

  • From Local Stock (US, UK, EU): 3-7 business days.
  • From China (International): 7-15 business days for standard shipping; 3-7 business days for express.
  • Custom or OEM/ODM Orders: Additional 2-4 weeks for production before shipping.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Business days exclude weekends and Chinese public holidays. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics).

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight/volume, and selected method. Costs are displayed before you complete your purchase and are your responsibility.

  • Free Shipping: May be offered for orders over a certain amount (e.g., $500 USD) or during promotions.
  • Additional Fees: Oversized items (e.g., long cable reels) or remote locations may incur surcharges.

All prices are in USD (or as specified) and exclude taxes, duties, or import fees.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international shipments, you are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, VAT, and import fees imposed by your country. These are not included in our shipping costs or product prices.

We provide accurate product descriptions and values on customs forms, but we cannot control or predict these charges. Refusal to pay may result in the package being returned or abandoned, with no refund for shipping costs.

7. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, we will email you a tracking number and link to monitor its progress. Tracking is available through the carrier’s website.

If you do not receive tracking information within 5 business days of order confirmation, contact us immediately.

8. Risk of Loss and Delivery

Risk of loss and title to products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not liable for lost, damaged, or misdelivered packages after handover.

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier attempts delivery or leaves the package at your specified address. Signature may be required for high-value orders.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address provided by you, you are responsible for reshipping costs.

9. Damaged or Lost Shipments

Inspect your package upon receipt. If damaged, document it with photos and contact the carrier and us within 48 hours.

For lost shipments, we will investigate with the carrier. If confirmed lost, we may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion, subject to our Terms of Service.

10. Changes to Orders

Once an order is placed, shipping details cannot be changed. If you need to cancel or modify, contact us within 24 hours; however, we cannot guarantee changes if processing has begun.

11. Governing Law

This Shipping Policy is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Shenzhen, China.

For EU customers, additional consumer protections may apply under EU regulations.
